🚚 How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 7 business days from the date of order. You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.

📦 How can I track my order?

↩️ What is your return policy?

We have a no return policy. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at thenookneststore@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via UPI. Simply use the UPI ID at checkout and complete your payment. Send the payment screenshot to our WhatsApp. We also support other available payment options shown at checkout.

🏷️ How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, you will find a field to enter your discount code. Type in your code (for example, NEST10 for 10% off your first order) and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total.
